I liked the breakfast served at the dining room. The location was central, unbeatable so close to the train station there are others closer.

Lovely little and pleasant hotel near to a railway station. Super-friendly and extremely accommodating staff, heated deluxe double room. Bonus point for a storage and a balcony. Great and lovely location for our visit to an imposing mountain at a medium distance from the venue. Walking distance to a main shopping street and a shopping area across the street. Excellent service and good value. Not to mention free wifi!

Thank you for a really comfortable stay. The location is GREAT and stunning, near to a railroad station, enjoyed it. There's cool Cafe da Bela at a moderate distance from the hotel, make desserts etc.

Awesome mountain view, really huge room. Amazing and stunning location in Zermatt, very close to Zermatt and the centre of town and the ski bus stop and the Vispa river. Also, connected to the ski lifts.

We were very pleased with the location and the view of the Matterhorn! The hotel was clean and kept up, the staff was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the choices at breakfast and the coffee was great. I would recommend Hotel Bistol to friends.

We had an incredible stay at a hotel in Switzerland. The breakfast buffet was the best we've ever had, with a wide variety of fresh cheeses, meats, and delicious baked goods. Our room had a stunning view of the city and the mountain, and it was always impeccably cleaned. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we even got a free train shuttle. we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.
